Booking Policies:

Personal Quantum Sessions:

Once the Service of Choice has been purchased in the Store, Customer Service will forward the confirmation of purchase along the relevant forms which could include an intake form, preparation information and a consent/waiver for your attention pursuant to that Service along with options for booking a specific time(s). We request all paperwork be emailed back to admin@guidingleite.com a minimum of 48 hours before the session. In the event you need to reschedule the session appointment, we request a minimum of 48 hours notice. All Personal Sessions are booked during office hours as follows:

Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 4 pm Pacific Daylight Time.. Please adjust for your time zone.

All sessions are held via Zoom. You do not require a Zoom account for a session.

Once your reserved session time(s) is/are confirmed, a Zoom link will be forwarded to you on the Sunday or Monday of the same week.

If you have purchased the Gold Retainer Program, both of the one-hour sessions will be booked 30 days apart on the same day of the week and time.

If you have purchased the Platinum Retainer Program, all six of the sessions will be booked two weeks apart on the same day and time.

You have the option of having the session recorded. The Audio recording, if requested, will be forwarded within 24 hours of the session. We request that you do not record any part of a private or group session/workshop with Eva/Dr Leite.

Booking a Virtual Workshop:

Once the Workshop of Choice has been purchased in the Store, Customer Service will forward, via email, the confirmation of purchase along with the relevant forms which may include an intake form, preparation information and/or a consent/waiver for your attention pursuant to that Workshop occurring at a designated date/time. We request all paperwork be returned via email to admin@guidingleite.com a minimum of 48 hours before the workshop .

All scheduled workshops are identified on the Website in Pacific Daylight Time. Adjust for your time zone.

All workshops are held via Zoom. You do not require a Zoom account to attend via Zoom.

A Zoom link will be forwarded to you on the Monday of the same week as the workshop is occurring.

The Workshop will be recorded. The Audio recording will be forwarded within 48 hours of the workshop.

We request that you do not record any part of the private session with Eva/Dr Leite.

Purchasing the Nourish Supply 21 day Reclaim yourSelf Program and/or Leite Method Program 001 and/or Leite Method Program 002:

All of the afore-mentioned Programs begin within 48 hours of your purchase in our Store at which time you will receive the following:

Nourish Supply 21 day Reclaim yourSelf Program: the e-booklet for the program. This is a self-guided program and is the foundational required program before taking The Leite Method Foundation 001: Change Your Stars.

The Leite Method Foundation 001: Change Your Stars Program is divided into three 4-week modules. At the commencement of each 4-week module which will begin on the first Monday of the month following your purchase, you will receive the introductory video, guided meditation and an e-booklet with worksheets that can be forwarded to admin@guidingleite.com for commentary by Eva/Dr Leite at the end of each 4-week module. Upon completion of LM 001, you can proceed with the next instalment in The Leite Method Transformational Programs.

The Leite Method Expansion 002: Expand Your Universe is divided into three 4-week modules. At the commencement of each 4-week module which will begin on the first Monday of the month following your purchase, you will receive the introductory video, guided meditation and an e-booklet with worksheets that can be forwarded to admin@guidingleite.com for commentary by Eva/Dr Leite at the end of each 4-week module. Upon completion of LM 001, you can proceed with the next instalment in The Leite Method Transformational Programs.

The Leite Method Source 003: Self Mastery: Will begin on July 7th, 2025. This final series of The Leite Method Programs is divided into four 4-week modules. There is a live recorded Zoom webinar on the first Thursday of each and every module, with Eva. All worksheets are to be submitted for review and feedback from Eva. And there is a bonus session on the Thursday of the final week for a recap and next steps review for a total of 5 live recorded webinars.
